women allemande left once and three quarters in the middle to face partner

Hey for four, passing partner right to start

Balance and swing partner, ending with men in the middle of the set facing in ballroom direction

Promenade as couples around the whole set (ends join in)
all face in and circle left back to the couple with whom you did the hey
