- women allemande left once and three quarters in the middle to face partner

- Hey for four, passing partner right to start
B1
- Balance and swing partner, ending with men in the middle of the set facing in ballroom direction
B2
- Promenade as couples around the whole set (ends join in)
- all face in and circle left back to the couple with whom you did the hey
