• lead down in a line of four, dixie twirl and lead back and bend the line
  • in a dixie twirl the middle of the line makes an arch and the right hand dancer leads through the arch (dragging the right hand person of the arch through the arch too) while the left hand person leads across the set to face up, dragging the left hand person of the arch with him. The effect is that the line wheels round from facing down to facing up, with the right hand person still on the right of the line
