This is an index of country dances and where they are published.
It is intended to cover English (Traditional/Ceilidh and Playford) and American Contra/Traditional Squares.
It is not intended to cover International, Scottish, Round, Line or Ballroom Dance, though a few
examples of those may have crept in.
